The fruit APRICOT, which may have originated from Armenia, is something not familiar to lots of Filipinos (this blogger included - this blogger have not even tasted one). Checking the nutrients of this fruit, this blogger was pretty amazed - it has tremendous amount of Vitamin A (35x that of Apple), 30x Beta-Carotene than that of Grapes, and so on. Surely, this is one fruit that should be promoted as a power fruit.
