It is actually KAHEL in Tagalog (DALANDAN is Bisaya), SOUR ORANGE is the Orange of the Pearl of the Orient. Filipinos will dip the sour ones (or, thinking of it now, even the sweet ones) in salt and, presto, its "eatable" again.
